Program Foundation
Our medical weight management program is built on a solid foundation designed to help you reach your goals and reduce the risk of chronic health conditions. We provide you with the tools, information, and strategies necessary to support your progress. Through our program, you’ll gain valuable insight into yourself and your habits, empowering you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Program Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older and meet one of the following criteria:
- BMI of 27 or higher plus one or more comorbidities (Comorbidity is defined by the CDC as more than one disease or condition being present in a person at the same time.)
- BMI of 30 or higher
Office Location
Our office is conveniently located on the campus of Fulton County Health Center, situated just off the North Medical Office Building on the ground floor in Suite G-06. Upon entering the North Medical Office Building, simply head down the hallway to the right on the ground floor. You’ll find us just through the double doors into the main hospital, down the hallway on the right side.
