Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from FCHC, including information about reference checks and messages that may allow two-way communication.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with FCHC.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details regarding your plan and any applicable SMS charges.
Opt-Out Option: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After doing so, you will no longer receive SMS communications from FCHC unless you opt in again. If you need assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Support and Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly using the details below.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate in this SMS program.
Privacy and Security: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to These Terms: FCHC may modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
