Our Team

Tiffany Johnston serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Fulton County Health Center, where she provides leadership for nursing and works to strengthen the patient experience and the future of healthcare in the community. She joined FCHC in 2022 after nearly 18 years with ProMedica Flower Hospital, where she gained experience in medical-surgical nursing, intensive care, quality and care navigation while serving in a variety of leadership roles.

Tiffany earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwest State Community College, followed by bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Mount St. Joseph University in 2020 and was named a Distinguished Alumni by Northwest State Community College in 2021.

Tiffany is focused on developing nurses, supporting caregivers and creating a culture where people feel valued and empowered to provide exceptional care. She is also active in her community, serving on the Fayette School Board and supporting Fayette Athletic Boosters.

Born at FCHC, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their two sons, attending their activities and camping together as a family.
