Our Team

Rachel Geckle serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fulton County Health Center, providing leadership across benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, training, performance management and employee health. She began her career at FCHC as an HR intern in 2005 and has spent her entire professional career with the organization, gaining experience across all areas of human resources before becoming CHRO.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Defiance College. She also holds the PHR and SHRM-CP professional credentials.

Rachel is focused on creating a positive employee experience and recruiting and retaining talented staff. She believes that when employees feel valued and supported, they are better able to provide exceptional experiences for patients and residents.

Originally from Fulton County, Rachel is proud to continue working in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s activities, traveling and exploring different parts of the country.
