Our Team

Matthew Willeman serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fulton County Health Center, providing strategic leadership for the organization’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle, capital management and long-term financial strategy.

Matthew has spent 20 years with FCHC, building his career across the Cashier’s Office, Purchasing, Revenue Cycle and Finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Bluffton University.

Born at Fulton County Health Center, Matthew has a lifelong connection to the organization and a deep appreciation for its importance to the community. In his leadership role, he is focused on maintaining FCHC’s financial strength and independence while ensuring the organization continues to provide quality healthcare close to home.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching and playing sports with his two teenage sons.
