Ann Rettig

Director, Practice Management
Ann Rettig serves as Director of Practice Management at Fulton County Health Center, where she oversees the daily operations of FCHC’s physician practices, focusing on patient experience, operational excellence, and supporting providers and staff in delivering high-quality care.

Ann’s connection to FCHC began as a Healthcare Administration Intern while attending the University of Toledo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business Administration. Following graduation, she spent ten years working in a private physician practice located on the FCHC campus before joining FCHC, where she has served for the past six years.

What Ann enjoys most about her role is serving the community, being part of something bigger than herself, and seeing the positive impact FCHC has on patients and their families. She is especially proud of the physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff who provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients every day.

As a leader, Ann is focused on the continued growth and long-term sustainability of FCHC, helping ensure the organization remains strong and able to provide exceptional care for generations to come. She is honored to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals who make FCHC’s mission a reality each day.
