The Fulton County Health Center Foundation exists to serve and support our community by providing the charitable resources that help Fulton County Health Center complete the circle of care.
We believe everyone deserves access to exceptional healthcare right here at home. The Foundation was created to support FCHC in its mission to promote and provide for the continued health and wellness of Fulton County — funding the equipment, programs, and facility improvements that go beyond a standard operating budget.
Fulton County Health Center follows a long-range strategic vision known as The 100 Year Plan — a commitment to keep advanced care close to home for generations to come. The Foundation is how our community helps bring that plan to life, one gift at a time. Every contribution, large or small, is an investment in a healthier future for the people we love.

The Heart & Vascular Center
When it comes to heart care, time is muscle. Thanks to our community’s generosity, FCHC’s Heart & Vascular Center renovations are complete — and FCHC now operates two state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs. Patients can receive life-saving heart and vascular care close to home, without transfer to a larger hospital. Nearly every procedure can now be performed locally, with the exception of open-heart surgery.

Every Gift Makes a Difference
Every gift, large or small, makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and our community.
Outright Gifts
These are one-time gifts that may be immediately used by FCHC Foundation. These gifts can include cash, stocks, property, real estate, and more.
Tree of Life Donors
These donors will be recognized on the Tree of Life, a beautiful tribute to their generosity and support.
Bronze – $5,000
Silver – $10,000
Gold – $25,000
Major Gifts
Donors of $50,000 or more shall have the opportunity to name an appropriate area of the hospital, at the discretion of the Foundation Board. To learn more about naming opportunities, please contact the Foundation Office.
Memorial / Tribute Gifts
Memorial gifts in any amount can be made to express your sympathy, celebrate achievements, or remember ones who have passed away. When you make a donation in honor of someone, the person or a family member you are honoring will receive an acknowledgment of donors with their contact information, without disclosing the amount.
Planned Gifts
Planned giving focuses on the future. Include FCHC Foundation in your estate plan, leaving a lasting legacy in your community.
Spread the Word
Word-of-mouth and social media can be powerful tools. Encourage supporters to share the nonprofit’s message and achievements with their friends and followers. The more people who know about the organization, the greater its potential for success.
Participate In Events
Nonprofits frequently organize fundraising events, such as charity runs, auctions, or gala dinners. Encourage people to participate in these events as attendees, sponsors, or participants. These events not only raise funds but also build a sense of community and support.

How are the donations used?
All gifts received by Fulton County Health Center Foundation are used to support Fulton County Health Center in the development of services, programs, and equipment to improve the lives of our patients, providers, and our community as a whole.
Is my gift to the Foundation tax deductible?
All donations received through the Foundation are tax deductible. Fulton County Health Center Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
How will my gift be recognized?
Donors are recognized in the Foundation’s annual report. Donors of certain levels are also permanently recognized on the Foundation’s donor wall located between the Emergency Department Entrance and Central Registration. Those levels can be found here.
Can I designate how my donations are used?
Donors may designate their gifts for a specific department, project, or piece of equipment. Please specify before donating. Unrestricted gifts allow the foundation to quickly and easily fund the top priorities that will best serve our community.
