The 19th annual golf tournament was held on June 7, with 35 teams participating. First place went to the team from the American Legion Post 265. Second place was awarded to West Ohio Orthopedics, third place went to the Hill Manufacturing team, and fourth place was won by the Parkview Physicians Group.
The tournament brought in over $39,500, which is an increase of over $2,000 from
last year. The proceeds will be used for remodeling at Fulton Manor. The Auxiliary has committed $100,000 to Fulton Manor with pledges it made this year and last year. The Auxiliary is very happy to partner with the Health Center for this project.
Fun Fact. Our first golf outing in 2000 made $1,300. It has been an annual event ever since. Through the years, the golf outing has cumulatively brought in $482,228.53. Our most successful year was in 2013 when we made $42,694.91. We look forward to the support of the community in 2019.
