Grief Support
Helping Other Parents Experiencing Grief offers support for parents who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of a child or family member.

Cancer Care Support
Counseling, patient navigation, rehabilitation services, lymphedema therapy, and a prosthesis & wig bank for patients in cancer treatment.
Diabetes & Nutrition Education
Chronic Disease Management
CDC-approved Diabetes Prevention Program, one-on-one Lifestyles for Health coaching, Mediterranean Meals classes, and Medical Weight Management.
OB Programs
Childbirth Education
Free childbirth and breastfeeding classes for those planning to deliver at the FCHC OB Unit — preparing you and your partner for delivery and beyond.
Parent & Child Water Wonders
6 months – 5 years old
Swimmers learn to be comfortable in water and develop swim readiness skills. Parent/Guardian must be in water with child.
6-24 months – 9:00am
2-3 years old – 9:30am
3-5 years old – 10:00am
Group Swim Lessons
3-6 years old
Independent swimmers learn basic swimming competency and self-rescue skills.
3-6 years old – 11:00am
